In order to aid and assist the Officers, Elders, and Warbringers in their clandestine operations, a new rank has been added. Existing Rep and RDP rules have been modified, and the official entry has been posted here!
Below is the Rank description taken from our Official Rep and Rank page. Read on, comrades!
Centurion (Appointed by the High Chieftain):
The First of the appointed Officer ranks, the Centurions are those who have exemplified themselves in the eyes of the elders and of the High Chieftain. Particularly, Centurions have demonstrated not only a passion for combat, but clear and effective leadership skills. They regularly organize war parties and run operations and campaigns. They keep in close communication with the Warbringers as well as the Clan Elders, and have proven ability to inspire and command!
In order to be considered for the rank of Centurion, players will need to demonstrate an enthusiasm for particular fields of play. This can include organized battleground groups, PvP teams and assaults, and Raiding. They can be considered Lieutenants to the Warbringers themselves, and can be assigned specific duties laid out by the Warbringers, such as creating teams and recruiting, training raids, and such. They are expected to aid and assist the Warbringers and Farseers as much as possible. Any event they plan will need to be approved by an elder, but that notwithstanding, Centurions are expected to plan and execute guild events regularly and autonomously.
The Centurion's ability to inspire and promote game play and camaraderie among the membership is also of utmost importance. As Lieutenants to the Elders, they are considered high ranking Officers, and will be expected to enforce guild rules and address concerns to the best of their ability.
We are currently on the lookout for qualified, greathearted individuals to fill this new position. Keep your ears open, as our Farseers and Warbringers will no doubt be seeking powerful lieutenants. Do you have what it takes?
Lok'tar Ogar!!
~High Chieftain Ogami
